I used to have no clue what a wellness coach was - or that they even existed! 

Imagine that! For over a decade, I navigated my health journey solo, only to discover there are professionals who can guide you and offer support. Oh my! My initial reaction was, "I could have really used a wellness coach!" Then I thought, "What an amazing career!"

I aim to provide you with the clarity you need and the support you deserve to succeed on your wellness journey. Let's dive into the specifics below.

Wellness coaching is centered around the client, merging personal wellness goals with the guidance and encouragement of a wellness coach. In Holistic Wellness, we view the body, soul, and spirit as interconnected. We embrace the concept of biochemical diversity, emphasizing that there is no universal solution that fits all, and no singular path to recovery. Your wellness journey is exclusively yours!

Holistic Wellness isn't just about finding out what's going on in your body, or finding a solution, it's about walking with you through the process. Implementing change, overcoming obstacles, and building wellness happens with a coach right by your side.

What to Expect

During your coaching sessions, our focus will be on establishing and accomplishing goals, tuning into your body, exploring natural health remedies, and enhancing overall well-being. By delving into the body's basic needs, we aim to identify underlying issues.

During our session, you will have my undivided attention to discuss your top priorities. We will address the challenges you are encountering, identify any barriers hindering your progress, and explore your feelings following the recent changes you've made. Together, we will brainstorm and build creative solutions that match your lifestyle.

You will acquire techniques to better understand your body, enhance your wellness skills, overcome obstacles and mindset challenges, and maintain a consistent routine. Above all, you will develop clarity and confidence to elevate your well-being. 

The coaching sessions are conducted one-on-one via Zoom, typically scheduled once a week or every two weeks, tailored to your specific needs. 

Holistic Wellness Coaching will be different than anything you’ve experienced before (unless you’ve done this before). But that’s why you’re here right, because traditional methods have failed you? It’s time to break out of the box, try something new, and stop coming up empty handed in your healing! So let’s address some differences. 






Holistic Wellness treats the body as an interconnected network, where healing one part often benefits multiple areas, ideally utilizing natural remedies.

2. Guidance on healing options is provided, allowing you to choose what's best.
3. Healing or achieving your goal will take time, with no fixed timeline.

This healing process isn't a quick remedy, which may be frustrating for some. Western Medicine may alleviate symptoms temporarily, but true healing is the goal of Holistic Wellness. It aims to restore health through careful cultivation and intentional living using natural resources.

This difference in approach is important because when you move from trusting someone else with your health, to stewarding your own health, the experience will be different all the way around. However, the results of living a life of wellness are worth every step!

The problem with this method is that Western Medicine has treated the body as a collection of individual parts standing alone from one another: like a machine. Secondly, the treatment options may provide medicine for one part of the body, but harm another part of the body.
